What is FEMM?
FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) is an evidence-based approach to understanding fertility, hormone health, and reproductive wellness. FEMM teaches women how to identify daily hormonal shifts and interpret the body’s natural signs of fertility to achieve their health and fertility goals.

For three months following your sessions, I’ll review your charts and provide feedback as you practice applying what you’ve learned.

The science behind FEMM
Your menstrual cycle is a vital sign. The menstrual cycle reflects complex hormonal activity within the body. Changes in cycle patterns can sometimes provide important information about a person’s health. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recognizes the menstrual cycle as an important indicator of health and recommends teaching adolescents what to expect during menstruation and what patterns may warrant evaluation. FEMM education builds on this concept by teaching individuals to observe and chart fertility biomarkers and understand the hormonal patterns associated with their cycles.
